Group Wellness retreats are a week-long experience offered in a beautiful location surrounded by nature. Participants experience an abundance of wellness-related experiences that include yoga, meditation, rest, vision-boarding, laughter and play. What to Expect During a Retreat
The Wellness Retreats offered in 2020 will take place in one of several all-inclusive resorts on the beaches of scenic southern Baja California. These will all be one-on-one women's retreats, where you will share a five star ocean front room with Inge Jacobs, the owner and operator of Wishing Wellness. Here, you will go on a magical, very customized journey, that caters to you and your goals and needs. You will be steps away from the ocean and sandy beaches, where you will spend much time...
You will bask in 7 nights and 7 days at the resort, enjoying daily nutrition and cooking lessons, yoga and meditation classes, nature walks, creative projects, and lots of playtime!! There will also be a lot of opportunity for deep rest, relaxation and stillness, and plenty of "silent time" to enjoy your own energy that you can channel through journaling, napping, or just being.
The all-inclusive resort provides a unique opportunity to refine wellness skills and choices. You will experience health coaching with one-on-one experiential eating at one of the many wonderful restaurants at the resort with Inge! She will guide you and teach you what kinds of foods to select and why. You will truly understand and resonate with how you would eat in order to meet your goals. You will discover ways to do that that will satisfy you and bring you joy. This is a fun, playful and insightful way of learning how to develop healthy habits in the real world!
There are also an abundance of daily activities and entertainment options at the resorts that are exciting and fun to attend. There are are a variety of shows, live music, dancing and more!!
